3 NSF grade restaurant style chef's knives. 7" Granton edge Santoku, 8" and 10" Chef's knives. These knives show usage but are straight and razor sharp. I have to say that despite the fact I own knives made all over the world from many of the best makers I have these same 3 knives and they are my kitchen "workhorses". These are a great set for a beginning chef or anyone tired of using steak knives or whatever Walmart is pushing this month!
