    ABOUT THIS KNIFE:
    This knife is
    new and unused but is stamped "factory seconds" and I bought it directly at the Dexter Russell Factory in the next town.  They save beauties like these for vendors like me to retail.  This particular knife is amazingly solid and it is now my own "go-to" knife when I need a boning knife in the kitchen that has some flex, but isn't super-flexible.  As a seconds, the knife has various MINOR scratches/blemishes on the blade.  There is also a faint "scuff" for lack of a better word, on the handle.  You can sort of see it in the 9th photo.  It is on the bottom of the Finger Guard. That's all!  The blemishes are cosmetic ONLY and will not compromise the integrity of or the performance of the knife.  They will function EXACTLY as a FIRST QUALITY KNIFE would.  As a Commercial Grade, SaniSafe, this knife is solid, built to last and to withstand the rigors of a professional kitchen!
