    This is an adorable fashion hat for Cissette. The hat is a synthetic Navy open crown cloche with a Vintage spray of blue/off white Lily of The Valley and rhinestone accent. The hat has been sewn into this shape and molded. Just beautiful! I make all my hats from vintage materials, some newer, NOS and recycled. I shape each one by hand.
