    Description

    This is a stylish fashion hat for Elise and same size friends (16 1/2"). The hat is a Vintage blue feather Fascinator with rhinestone "brooch" accent. Held in place with an elastic strap. Just beautiful! I make all my hats from vintage materials, some newer, NOS and recycled. I shape each one by hand.
