    This is an adorable fashion hat for Cissette. The hat is a medium blue synthetic Cloche with an open crown. Decorated with Vintage silk, cloth, and flocked flowers with rhinestone accent. The hat has been sewn into this shape and molded. Just beautiful! I make all my hats from vintage materials, some newer, NOS and recycled. I shape each one by hand.
