Lovely Madame Alexander Kate Greenaway Composition Doll

For your consideration is a lovely composition Kate Greenaway doll that stands 18" tall.  She is marked on the back of her head "Princess Elizabeth Alexander Doll".  Her composition and coloring on her face is very nice with no crazing that I can see.  Her brown sleep eyes close and open nicely.  She has her eyelashes however they are thicker on the left than on the right eye.  She does have a crack under her right ear which was sealed by a local doll doctor when she was recently restrung.  She does have some rough areas of the composition on her back and legs with some loss of color on her legs which in only noticeable upon close inspection.  I have shown these imperfections in my photos.  These imperfections do not distract in any way from this lovely doll.
She is dressed in a beautiful appropriate Kate Greenaway velvet outfit.  The outfit was made by a doll clothing designer  "Barbara".  These clothes are exquisite and I will try and show their detail in the photographs.
This doll has been in my personal collection for about 35 years. She has been stored in a doll cabinet in our non smoking home.
