    Description

    This is a sweet fashion hat combo for Cissy and same size friends (20"). The hat is an off white Horse hair straw with an applied Tangerine accent and tulle drape. The crown is decorated with a variegated silk and cloth spray with rhinestone accent. The hat has been sewn and formed into this shape. The matching bag has a strap handle and corsage. Just beautiful! I make all my hats from vintage materials, some newer, NOS and recycled. I shape each one by hand.
