Vintage Cissy Fragile and Flowery

I’m very pleased to present this beautiful 1958 Madame Alexander Cissy Fragile and Flowery painted gown doll from 1958. #2282. Gorgeous, and one of the most hard to find Cissy dolls. She’s dressed in her original tagged, delicate tulle gown. Lined in organdy. Cissy wears her original hat. This outfit has no damage, although it is not mint. The painting is slightly lighter in the back. The attached flowers do show some wear. Overall though, and most importantly, the dress is bright and not browned like many of these gowns. There is a replaced half slip. Shown with tissue stuffed underneath. The hat could use some steaming back into shape. It’s pretty as it is. Replaced gauntlets, heels, and hose. Pretty LONG red hair with gorgeous, full straight bangs. Bright blue eyes with all original lashes present.light pink cheeks and pretty rosy red lips. Nicely strung, clean doll. One minor split at the top of one leg where it goes into her torso. Cissy has no odors. She’s well strung, and honestly absolutely gorgeous when displayed! Please examine all photos.
