    This is a stylish fashion hat combo for Cissy and same size friends (20"). The hat is a Vintage Olive patterned straw Cloche with an open crown and tulle scarf. Decorated with a red Rose (more rusty red) w
    ith rhinestone accent. The hat has been sewn and molded into this shape. The matching bag has double strap handles and corsage. Just beautiful! I make all my hats from vintage materials, some newer, NOS and recycled. I shape each one by hand.
